This residence was part of a tract owned by William Pooch in 1902. No residence was recored in this location. William Selzer was the owner in 1909. By 1921 William Selzer retained the original farmstead (See P110) and the D.S. Selzer residence was recorded on this property.

Farm residence, cruciform plan, one story, wood frame and weatherboard, concrete foundation, gable roof. 1/1 double-hung wooden windows, glazed wooden entrance door. Rear shed-roofed addition SW.
