Although the L.D. Miner residence was recorded on this property in 1873 the existing residence and barn appear to date from the late nineteenth century. William Pooch was the owner in 1902. Then William Selzer was the owner from c. 1909 to c. 1921

Farm residence, T-plan with entrance in wing, two stories, wood frame and weatherboard, gable roof with metal roofing. Front shed porch on turned posts, rear enclosed porch SW, 2/2 wooden double-hung windows, wooden entrance doors, two brick interior chimneys. Rear wood frame shed-roofed addition.
