Although the H. E. Bodwell residence was recorded on this property in 1873 it appears that this residence was associated with Victoria Jardon, the owner from c. 1902 to c. 1921.

Farm residence, square with central entrances N and E, two stories, three front bays, brick masonry laid in common bond, rubble stone foundation, truncated pyramidal roof. Shed side porch, front entrance transom and attic window, two story bay window E., paired interior brick chimneys, projecting pedimentaed gable dormer E., front gable wall dormer. Decorative segmental arched rough brick lintels with stone end blocks, rough brick water table, arched basement openings. Modern entrance door and 1/1 double-hung windows, gable roof and attic vents.
