Charles Crysler owned the unimproved lots on the north side of Baker Street as early as 1898. Construction of the existing house was indicated by the increased assessment in 1914 for improvements ($2,300).
Description
Detached residence, rectangle with side entrance and rear entrance NNW, two stories, wood frame construction with weatherboard and shingle sheathing, stuccoed concrete foundation, pent gable roof. Integral porch on circular posts and square piers, open railing and wooden steps, central bay window each side, interior brick chimney, shed roof dormers each side.
