Conrad is Rossville Christian Church’s Associate Minister
The Rossville Christian Church recently called Jeffrey Conrad to the position of associate minister. Conrad’s main area of ministry will be among the community’s young people. He will, however, share in all aspects of the ministry.
Jeffrey Conrad has lived in Topeka since 1977. He is a 1984 graduate of Topeka West High School. Currently Conrad is a student at Manhattan Christian College pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Missions.
Jeffrey’s home church is Town and Country Christian Church in Topeka. While a senior in high school he participated in Bible Bowl competition as a member of the Town and Country Christian Church team during the North American Christian Convention in Atlanta, Ga. He also placed third in the public speaking contest at this same national convention.
Jeffrey Conrad is certified in the “Evangelism Explosion” and “Ambassadors for Christ’’ evangelistic calling programs. He attended the 1984 Urbana Missionary Convention in Urbana, Ill. During the 1985 college spring break Jeffrey worked with two churches in New York City doing evangelistic calling.
Conrad is currently working with Rodney Driscoll who has been Youth Director during the summer. Driscoll will return to Kansas State University this fall to continue his studies in Industrial Engineering and Economics. Conrad will assume his full responsibilities Sep¬tember 1.
