This property was unimproved in May, 1899 but was assessed for a building in 1900. W.F. Osborn was the owner(see B25). It was illustrated in the 1908 Souvenir.

Commercial block in row, rectandle with central entrance, four bays, two stories, brick masonry construction, flat roof and parapet. Rear one story concrete addition, modern display windows first floor, 1/1 double-hung windows second floor, glazed wooden entrance door. Storefront with ornamented cast iron posts, rough-cut stone silld second floor, segmental arched openings with smooth-cut stone end blocks, corbeled brick eave detailing.
