When C. Rosenkranz was recorded as the property owner in 1873, no residence was shown. Later in 1902, the August Kennenberg residence was recorded on the property (E 80 acres).

Farm residence, ell plan, one and two stories, wood frame and weatherboard, coursed stone foundation, gable roof. 2/2 double-hung wooden windows, wooden entrance doors, central and two interior brick end chimneys. Front flat-roofed addition, rear shed-roofed addition with concrete foundation.
