Detached residence, rectangle with central entrance, one-story projecting gable bays NE and NW, one-and-a-half story, three front bays, wood frame and shingle construction, stuccoed concrete foundation,sidegable roof. Projecting gable front porch, 5/1 double-hung windows, glazed wooden entrance door, external brick chimney SE, 6-bay gable ridge dormer. Craftsman ornamental detail, ornamental porch eave truss and extended rafter tails.
