The Stockton Middle School - Completed in 1923 to replace the Old Academy, this building served Stockton as the high school until 1955 when the present (1995) high school was constructed. From that time until the present, it has been the middle school, housing grades four through eight. It is soon to be demolished to make way for the new middle school now being built. (1995)
