According to a current resident, this house was constructed c. 1863. The D. Tucker residence was recorded on the property (115 acres) in 1873. Peter Tucker was the owner (1902) and Dexter Tucker and Dexter Tucker the owner (1921).

Farm residence, t-plan, one-and-a-half-story stone block with two-story wood frame and weatherboard entrance wing, stone foundation, gable roof. Hipped front porch, 4/4 wooden double-hung windows first floor N, 1/1 windows S, glazed wooden entrance door, interior brick end chimney S, cellar entrance NE. Alterations--modern porch and additions SW.
