Detached residence, cruciform plan with side front entrance and entrance in ell NW, two stories, rusticated concrete block construction with smooth block foundation, front gable and rear hipped roof. 1/1 double-hung windows, wooden paneled entrance door, central interior brick chimney. Decorative elements include segmental arched openings and gable end shingling. Wood frame rear shed addition SE with second floor sleeping porch.
