This property was unimproved in 1899. A stone livery stable was constructed by September 1905. The owners were W.H. Starr and R. Victor Baily. The livery remained in 1912, but by 1927 the structure was used as a garage (capacity 15 cars).

Commercial building in row, rectangle, two stories, three front bays, brick and stucco front with uncoursed rubble stone side walls, flat roof and parapet. Store front altered, two entrances in wood frame, three 1/1 windows second floor.
