Commercial block in row, rectangle with central entrance, two stories, two bays second floor, brick and stone masonry, one story stone rear wing,flat roof and parapet. First floor storefront altered with frame and stucco panels, modern metal entrance door. 1/1 double-hung windows second floor. Smooth-cut stone sills, rough cut lintels, recessed brick panels, corbeled brick block and dentil eave detail.
