This may be one of the oldest remaining buildings in West Baldwin. The community of Media, later annexed to Baldwin, was established in 1878. This building was shown as a post office and barber shop in 1893, a store (1899), vacant (1905), store (1912), and cream station (1927). G. F. Haas was the owner from 1886 to 1892. He sold to Saul C. Marshall. Charles Johnson was the owner from 1904-c. 1910. W.F. Davis owned the property in the 1920's.

Description

Detached commercial building, rectangle with shed addition W, one story, three bays, wood frame and weatherboard, main gable roof with false front, Two four-light display windows flanking recessed central entrance with glazed paneled wooden door. Modern door and window in shed addition.
