The A Grosdidier residence as recorded on this property in 1873. Later it was the property (320 acres) of John Black, "Cloverleaf Stock Farm.", from c. 1902 to c. 1921.

Farm residence, square plan with central entrance, two stories with one-story rear shed and side additions, wood frame construction, stone foundation, low hipped roof. Front flat-roofed entry on turned posts with second floor railing, 1/1 double-hung wooden windows, glazed wooden entrance door with transom. Decorative elements--window head molding, eave brackets and roof cornice. Alterations--additions, asbestos shingles, renovation in progress.
