A wood frame dwelling stood on this property in 1912. The existing brick commercial building was constructed by 1919. The owner during the 1920's was A. L. Driggs. The one-story masonry building was shown in 1927 as a bakehouse with oven in the rear.
Description
Commercial building in a row, rectangle with recessed central entrance, one story bays, brick masonry construction, flat roof and parapet. Recessed brick facade panel and and eave detailing, store front altered-modern metal entrance door, wood frame and shingle awning.
