Description
Two small frame buildings occupied this lot in 1912, but the property was unimproved in 1919. The existing brick store was constructed by 1924when improvements were valued at $280; John Blaney was the owner. A rectangular brick and tile building here was recorded in 1927.
Commercial building in row, rectangle w/ recessed central entrance, one story, three front bays, brick masonry front and tile walls, slate roof and parapet. Modern wood frame storefront w/ multi-pane windows, ornamental recessed panel and corbeled brick eave detailing.
