Construction of the existing building in 1913 followed the sale from Cundiff. The trustees of Delta Delta Delta sorority recorded in 1910. Delta Delta Delta was established at Baker University in 1895. The sorority was housed in the house at 619 9th from 1907-1910 (see B289). This house was remodeled and enlarged in 1940. In 1910 the property was acquired by H. J. Allen, Merton J. Stickel, Charles Beeks, W. C. Markham, W. F. Allen and ? (sec)A. Harpster, trustees of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. The value of improvement increased to $8200 from $2500 two years earlier possiblt indicating a substantial enlargement. The property was recorded as the "Delta Tau Delta Frat" ( owners H. J. Allen et al) in 1914. Delta Tau Delta was established at Baker in 1903.
