In 1883, he kept three buggies, two spring wagons and nine head of horses. Title A name given to the resource Peter Navarre at a Linotype Machine, Rossville, Kansas Description An account of the resource Peter Navarre and his wife, Minnie, served as owners and editors of the Rossville Reporter for 40 years, purchasing it in March of 1913. Peter Navarre was born March 26, 1884, in Rossville. He worked at the Rossville News office, then owned by U.G. Stewart, from 1901-1903 and 1904-1909. He married Minnie Massey on September 24, 1910. Bill and Betty Murray purchased the paper in March of 1953 after the Navarres retired.
